តាមច្បាប់ស្តីពីសហលក្ខន្តិកៈមន្រ្តីរាជការស៊ីវិល បានកំណត់ឲ្យមន្រ្តីរាជការទាំងពីរភេទ ចូលនិវត្តន៍នៅពេលដល់អាយុ៥៥ឆ្នាំ និងកម្មករអាយុ៥០ឆ្នាំ។ ដោយមាត្រាទី៥៤បានចែងថា អ្នករាជការទាំងពីរភេទ ត្រូវដាក់ឲ្យចូលនិវត្តន៍ជាកំហិតនៅពេលដល់អាយុ៥៥ឆ្នាំ។

For me, retirement or not is not the same. The question is Who will substitute Vice premier Sok An’s post? If he truely goes retirement, it would be at at least 8 persons needed to appoint his current positions. Premier Hun Sen would be no side effect at all even though he is retired. Good or Bad, i can’t say right now. But hopefully, i will be good and can greatly provide more benefits to our nation at all levels.
The word Retire means to stop working from any organization including: private company, govt office or politic, otherwise there is no retirement would occur.
Every word has its own unique of interpretation. We can’t say one interpretation applied to the same meaning of different cultures and nations. Cambodia has our own path of word interpretation. And every word we can change all the time if we can firmly prove. Based on the preah reach krit, it already stated clearly. So To Fair Boy, you can learn another meaning of retirement today. To this article, it is not consistent with your explanation at all. Later, caution should be taken when khmer use this word cos it has two meanings.

That made you to underestimate someone, who you never knew. Hold a BA in Biz sounds good if you live in Cambodia because several Cambodians lacked of education. But this BA degree in Cambodia is still low compares to the west. Fortunately, I am a “high educated” in Cambodia as well as in the West and I used to give the advices to those tops for sevral years. So, what the different between a BA (in Cambodia) and the 4 advance degrees (in the West) in term of education? You must know from now on!!!
